Raipur, April 30, 2009 - In accordance with the provisions of Right to Information Act, appellate officer, public information officer and assistant public information officer has been nominated in the Department of Information and Biotechnology.
Special Secretary in the Department as the Appellate Officer, Deputy Secretary as Public Information Officer and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) as assistant public information officer have been nominated.
The order to this effect have been released by the Department of Information and Biotechnology from the Ministry.
Chhattisgarh News In Hindi - सूचना एवं जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में अपीलीय अधिकारी नियुक्त
रायपुर, 30 अप्रैल 2009 - सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सूचना एवं जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में अपीलीय अधिकारी, जन सूचना अधिकारी और सहायक जन सूचना अधिकारी नामांकित किए गए हैं। विभाग के विशेष सचिव को अपीलीय अधिकारी, उप सचिव को जन सूचना अधिकारी और विशेष कर्तव्यस्थ अधिकारी को सहायक जनसूचना अधिकारी नामांकित किया गया है। इस आशय का आदेश सूचना एवं जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग द्वारा यहां मंत्रालय से जारी कर दिया गया है।
